What Is The Opportunity?

This senior position requires experience in cybersecurity, human risks, threat intelligence, or data-intensive B2B environments with a strong understanding of the security market and purchasing decision criteria. As a strategic marketing leader, you are responsible for positioning our expanding portfolio of tech-enabled solutions in a competitive marketplace and driving the successful launch of our new SaaS platform features that complement our white glove services.

Working in a high-visibility position, you'll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Delivery and clients to craft compelling messaging, create impactful content, and develop go-to-market strategies that accelerate our transformation and growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll bring experienced leadership to guide our fast-paced innovative environment through its technology evolution.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Go-to-Market Planning

  • Provide expertise to build and develop the product marketing function to drive maximum impact for Nisos as we launch new platform features and tech-enabled solutions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for our evolving solution portfolio
  • Establish metrics to measure the market performance of both our services and platform offerings
  • Lead and shape our analyst relations program to establish Nisos as a leader in tech-enabled intelligence solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering,Delivery,  and Sales teams to align product roadmaps with market needs
  • Work closely with Product Management teams to understand technical capabilities and translate them into market-facing benefits
  • Collaborate with Product teams on roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and ensuring market feedback is incorporated into product development
  • Partner with product leadership throughout the new product introduction process to ensure alignment between product development and market positioning

Content & Messaging Development

  • Lead the creation of clear differentiation between our traditional services and new solutions with tech-enabled offerings in all marketing materials
  • Direct the development of buyer's journey content that guides prospects through understanding our hybrid technology-service solutions, through content and messaging supporting awareness and demand-gen efforts.
  • Create messaging that effectively communicates how our technology platforms enhance our white glove services and solutions
  • Serve as a senior subject-matter-expert on our ideal client profile, market trends, competitive landscape, and our portfolio's value propositions

Product Launch & Sales Enablement

  • Strategically plan and execute product launches for both services and new platform features with coordinated marketing campaigns
  • Provide strategic direction and deliver sales enablement, creating tools and training that help Sales teams effectively communicate our technology value propositions
  • Develop competitive positioning materials and battlecards to strengthen our market differentiation

Who You Are

  • A senior marketing leader with 8+ years of Product Marketing experience in cybersecurity, human risks, data privacy, or threat intelligence environments
  • Experienced in marketing both services and SaaS platforms 
  • Skilled at developing strategic positioning, messaging, and content that effectively bridges complex technology and service offerings into hyper-relevant materials
  • Proven track record in successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships across teams
  • Experience translating technical product capabilities into compelling customer-focused messaging to support awareness and demand generation activities.
  • Adept at understanding Sales team needs and creating effective enablement materials and programs
  • Excellent communicator with ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions
  • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and experience establishing marketing performance frameworks
  • Adaptable leader suited to a fast-paced, transforming environment, with experience in scaling and maturing product marketing within an earlier stage company

Great to Have

  • Experience guiding companies through transitions from service-only to hybrid technology-service business models
  • Track record of successful collaboration with product teams in agile development environments
  • Experience in building feedback loops between Sales, Product, and Delivery g teams
  • Established relationships with industry analysts covering the security sector
  • Experience with marketing automation and digital campaign management tools
  • Background in developing competitive intelligence materials
  • Experience with pricing strategy for both services and SaaS offerings
  • Public speaking and thought leadership experience in the cybersecurity domain
